What is different about the burners is the configuration. These griddles feature 448 square inches of grilling space which is enough room for 18 burgers or 44 hot dogs. You get multi-burner controls with these griddles which allow you to have dual temperature zones. All Blackstone griddles feature a flat top cooking surface made of cold rolled steel. The griddles come with a thin layer of soy oil on the surface to protect them during shipping but will need to be further seasoned once assembled. Although surface area can never be enough, the prep station takes it to the limit. I can work with whatever meat is on the menu and the vegetables without fear of pushing it off the railing.(It’s happened). When finished, the prep cart can be neatly folded up, and has a carrying handle. The folding process can be cumbersome, but is doable. I think I will get one and eliminate the need for folding and taking inside. Outdoor grilling is always fun, this prep cart makes it more fun. It’s a tabletop griddle, so it can sit on any flat surface though one great feature is the folding griddle stand that is included. The stand is adjustable, so you can set it to whatever height you prefer to have the griddle sit. It also collapses easily and folds up, so it’s easy to take it with you and set it up again at your destination. Good Idea but not as good as it seems.This seemed like it was a great idea for camping or even just for grilling out. The sporting hing part broke off and it wont fold up. The griddle on the Air Fryer Griddle combo has the exact functionality as the Original 36. The major difference with this griddle is hat there are three functional baskets under the griddle. Two of the baskets are air fryers and the third is a warming basket. For now, I’m gonna use a small tie-down strap to hold the cart closed… but I am going to check the local hardware stores for a more substantial latch. The ones that come on the cart are held on with 4 screws. So it will be easy to remove the cheap latches and add some heavy duty ones that I am happy with. This minor inconvenience is not a deal breaker for me.. It’s also widely enjoyed because of the additional features you don’t get with other models. The heat (created by two burners on the 22?) distributed so evenly that I was no longer serving pancakes that were burnt on one half, and undercooked on the other.
