I had mine delivered to my home and it suffered some sheet metal damage in the body and hood from being dropped but I was able to disassemble it and straighten out the dented metal. Seasoning the griddle was easy, watch the videos on YouTube and you won’t have any problems. I have made several meals since getting this and they have all turned out great. Overall I am pleased with my purchase but I don’t recommend having it shipped.
