Good Idea but not as good as it seems.This seemed like it was a great idea for camping or even just for grilling out. The sporting hing part broke off and it wont fold up. Like a standard gas grill, having a lid/hood keeps heat in, which cooks food like an oven. This capability is especially helpful when cooking thicker cuts of meat like whole chicken breasts or thick-cut steaks. The performance of the 28 inch griddle should be slightly better than the 36 inch version. Easy to clean, just follow the YouTube videos and you are good to go. Love this little grill, only had it a week or so, and use it almost every day, keeps the heat out of the kitchen during hot weather. The only reviews for this griddle are on the Walmart website.
